Fees and sessions

From September 2007

We have extended our opening hours. In the morning we now have Breakfast Club, 8am to 8.30am, and the £2 fee includes breakfast of cereal and fruit.

In the evening we have Twilight Club from 5.15pm to 6.00pm and the £3 charge includes a light snack.

If you would like your child to stay for these sessions, please give a week's notice to ensure we can accommodate them. If the session is already running, we may be able to do this at shorter notice.

The nursery is open all year around, with the exception of Christmas week, Bank Holidays and occasional inset days.

Fees

Fees are shown in the table above and are payable weekly/monthly in advance, or directly into the nursery's bank account (please ask for details). Fees are payable throughout the year, even when your child is on holiday or absent due to illness. Exceptions are Bank Holidays and days when the nursery is closed i.e. Christmas week. Please speak with our Administrator if you experience any financial difficulties. We are registered with Wokingham District Council to receive funding for 3 year olds the term after their 3rd birthday. (Currently £1,616.90 per annum over 38 weeks of the year.) Please note that if your child receives funding, the funding only covers 2½ hours per session school term time only, therefore a top up fee is required for the remainder of the session. Fees are averaged out over the term.

Change in sessions/leavers

If, for any reason, you wish to withdraw your child, we would appreciate one month's notice. As previously mentioned we are non-profit making organisation and try to keep our register as full as possible. Any session changes will be accommodated as soon as possible.
